:: Single column center medallions in large scale format each with their own unique geometric design element, one representing floral arabesques, another with long finned leaves with arrowed garden style water passages flowing between. Heavy abrashes and changes in dye lot throughout. Colors and shades include: Coffee brown, ivory, antique ivory, brick red, cherry red, powder blue, pale coffee brown, burgundy wine red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Light oxidation to the brown tones in isolated areas. One or two old areas of mended splits and localized restorations. One end measures more narrow than the other, coming in at 3'10" as opposed to 4', within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian rug runner made in the Caucasus region circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 4' x 9'5".
