:: Shield like center medallion with sharp serrated minor medallions and geometric finned buds outwardly directed. Finial ends in multi tiered leaves atop a partially covered field of minor buds and blossoms. Corner spandrel overlays and design elements reciprocate the contour of the main medallion. Main border in an unusual elongated vine serpent drawing. Colors and shades include: Blush, pink, dusty sea foam green, pale turquoise, pale coffee brown, ivory, beige, silver, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 5'8".
