:: Shield-like center medallion with sprawling serrated leaves overlapping into the main field. Corner spandrel overlays reciprocating quarter mapped design of the main medallion, inwardly directed, and reciprocating in contour. Colors and shades include: Faded raspberry, oxidized silver, silver, platinum, antique ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Small localized areas of professional re-piling. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'9" x 5'5".
